01
My background started close to the infrastructure and support floor, then moved through IT project management and deputy CIO responsibilities into executive leadership. That progression gives me a rare mix: I understand the operational details, and I can turn them into governance, budgets, standards and roadmaps.
In parallel, aviation has sharpened the way I work: brief clearly, prepare thoroughly, communicate early, manage risk calmly and keep learning. That mindset is useful in every environment where reliability matters.
